The 41st Southeast Asian Age Group Swimming Championship 2017 ended last night with a Gala Dinner.
Present was Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mohd Juanda bin Haji A. Rashid, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The overall champion title went to Vietnam which won 51 gold medals, 27 silver and 13 bronze medals. This was followed by Indonesia which bagged 19 gold medals, 24 silver and 14 bronze medals. Over 200 participants from Asian countries took part in the 3-day championship, which was hosted for the second time by the Brunei Amateur Swimming Association.
